    Returning/Replacementx of Goods

    Upon receiving the product, we will initiate the replacement process. We cannot be responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment, so we recommend using an insured, traceable mailing service.     Customers are responsible for shipping expenses incurred in sending the replaced or serviced product back from the service center, whether within the guarantee period or beyond.
